The thesis paper written by School of Software (SW School) students Yeon-sun Jeong and Min-jung Kang was selected as the ‘Best Paper Award’ (Next-generation Female Scientist).

The students are part of a ‘Homebrew’ club, an open source-based information protection club supported by the Hallym University SW Center University Project Group.

The students won the ‘excellent paper award’ for their work on developing technologies’ that can detect ARP spoofing attacks that frequently occur in wireless LAN environments by utilizing open source technologies such as OpenWrt.
