Information On Booking Ilsong Stadium (artificial turf field and futsal field) for Fall 2022 Semester

Please refer to the following information regarding the use of Ilsong Stadium (artificial turf field and futsal field) for the second semester of 2022.

- Information –

1. Facilities: Ilsong Stadium (artificial turf field and futsal field)

Weekdays: Internal / external rentals are not allowed due to Intramural League and school classes, club use, etc. 

Weekends and public holidays: Separate application for use (refer to No. 2) 

2. Application for use   

a. Student: Apply in "Student Information System - General Administration - Stadium Application Management" and submit the application to the general affairs team. 

가. 학생 : "학생정보시스템 – 일반행정 – 운동장신청관리"에서 신청 후총무팀으로 사용신청서 제출

Faculty and staff: After applying in "Integrated Information System - General Administration - General Affairs - Stadium Application Management", submit the application for use to the general affairs team.

3. Period of use: September 5, 2022 (Mon) ~ December 8, 2022 (Thu) a. Prohibition period for midterm exam assembly: October 10 (Mon) ~ October 21 (Fri). 

Prohibition period for final exam assembly: December 9 (Fri) ~ December 22 (Thu) 

※ During the above period, use of the playground and futsal court is not allowed, and the period of prohibition of assembly may change according to the academic calendar. 

4. Hours of use: 06:00 ~ 22:00 (Applications outside of hours are restricted)

5. Classification of usage fees (hourly amount) (Unit: KRW, VAT excluded)

※ Reservation is possible up to 30 days from the date of application.
※ Inquiries: Reservation inquiries (General Affairs Team: 248-1103), Lighting inquiries (CAPS situation room (Round Security Office Next To Campus Life Building): 248-1150)
※ Deposit account: Woori Bank 1005-801-603393 (Account holder: Hallym University)
※ Fee within 3 days after application Reservation is possible only after payment is completed.
※ If you wish to cancel after payment of the usage fee, please visit and apply for cancellation. (Bring a copy of your bankbook)
