Three Hallym international students’ gave their final presentations for their class ‘Regional Korean Event Marketing & Cross-Cultural Analysis for Business’ on Friday 28th May in Hwacheon County.

Edouard, from ESSCA School of Management, France, Elise, from BBA INSEEC LYON, France and Lucas from Zeppelin University, Germany all chose  Hwacheon Tomato Festival as their regional Gangwon-do festival.

During their presentations the students’ presented their research about the festival (from the perspective of international students living in Korea) and offered their thoughts about future festivals in a post-COVID era.

The remaining students in the class chose a range of regional Gangwon-do festivals to study this semester.

They included the Chuncheon Dakgalbi & Makguksu Festival, Chuncheon International Mime Festival, Daehyun Yulgoki Festival, Wonju Dynamic Dancing Carnival and the Gangneung International Junior Art Festival.

Thank you to the students involved for their presentations and a special thank you to Hwacheon County for hosting them.
