The Start-up Business Convergence major provides students with perspectives, analytical skills, and experiences that plan and organize them for careers as autonomous entrepreneurs, next-generation family-business owners, or entrepreneurial participants in early stage ventures. Whether a student aims to create a business during the course or later, or join an emerging venture business, this program might provide preparation for all of these exciting options.
The Contents of Curriculum
Three pillars constitute start-up business program. The first track prepares students for the age of digital innovation, the second tract for social entrepreneurs, and the third educates venture financing.
As this program is multidisciplinary, the professors from the school of global studies, the college of software as well as the college of business, all collaborate to provide appropriate training for students. The fulfillment of required courses endows a multidisciplinary bachelor degree, and accordingly the program is designed only for applicants seeking double majors.
