About the department
Major in Bio-Healthcare Convergence is jointly open by the departments of Chemistry, Life Science, Biomedical Science, Food Science & Nutrition, Environmental Science and Biotechnology, Physical Education and Division of Speech Pathology and Audiology. The purpose is to operate a curriculum focused on industry participation and foster convergence talent in the bio-healthcare field to link it to employment.
Educational objectives
Educational objectives are to foster experts of the Bio-Healthcare field. Students will be able to understand the current status and problems of the bio-healthcare sector through an overall understanding of the healthcare industry and convergence education. Students will have practical skills and develop the ability to solve problems. In addition, the Department of Bio-Healthcare tries to foster talented people with flexible thinking and communication skills that can cooperate within the organization.
