□ 제출 방법 How to submit the application
1. 글로벌교류센터로 이메일 제출 (iao@hallym.ac.kr) To the Global Engagement Center via email
※ 이메일 제목 Email title: "[RISE 외국인 유학생 일경험 스토리 경진대회 참가신청] 이름+학과+학번" "[RISE Foreign students' work experience story contest] Full name+major+student no."
※ 제출서류 What to submit: 첨부파일 서식(신청서, 동의서 등) 작성, 영상파일(5분내외분량, 대용량파일이 전송되지 않을 경우 USB에 담아 사무실 방문 제출) Fill out the attached forms (application form, consent form, etc.) and submit them along with a video file (approximately 5 minutes long; if the file is too large to send, please bring it to our office on a USB drive)
2. 제출기한 Deadline: by 2025. 9. 8.(월) 10am까지
3. 한림대 내부 선발된 총 3편에 한하여 한림대학교에서 중앙RISE센터로 출품합니다. Three works selected internally by Hallym University will be finally submitted to the Central RISE Center by the office.
4. 개인 또는 팀단위로 참여 가능 Individual or team applications are accepted.
□ 결과발표 Result announcement
지역예선 및 본선심사를 거친 최종 시상작에 대하여 25년 10월 중 대학으로 결과 통보 예정
The results of the final awards, which have undergone regional preliminary and final screening, will be announced to the universities in October 2025.
□ 성과활용 Utilization
「2025 산학연협력 EXPO」에서 시상식 개최 및 성과전시, RISE 사업 우수성과 홍보 자료로 활용
Award ceremony will be held at the 2025 Industry-Academia-Research Collaboration EXPO, and the awarded achievements will be used as promotional material for outstanding achievements of the RISE project.
□ 유의사항 Important Notice
ㅇ 본 경진대회에 제출된 참가신청서 및 양식은 반환되지 않으며, 모든 제작물의 저작권과 입상작의 판권은 교육부 및 한국연구재단에 영구 귀속됨
The application forms and documents submitted for this competition will not be returned, and the copyrights to all works and the publishing rights to the winning entries will be permanently assigned to the Ministry of Education and the National Research Foundation of Korea.
ㅇ 다음과 같은 경우 수상을 취소하며, 상장 및 시상금 회수 조치
In the following cases, the award will be revoked, and the certificate and prize money will be recovered
- 타인의 저작물을 무단 도용한 경우 In the case of unauthorized use of another person's copyrighted work
- 중복된 주제와 내용의 콘텐츠를 국내·외 국가지원사업 및 공모전에 제출하여 수상한 경우 If you have submitted content with duplicate themes and content to domestic and international government-supported projects and competitions and won an award
- 중복된 주제와 내용의 콘텐츠를 국가지원사업비로 기존에 제작한 경우 If content with duplicate themes and content has been previously produced using government funding
ㅇ 세부 심사기준 및 과정은 공개하지 않으며, 경진대회 응시작이 심사기준 및 수준에 미달할 경우, 수상 범위 변경 가능
Detailed evaluation criteria and processes will not be disclosed. If the competition entries do not meet the evaluation criteria and standards, the scope of awards may be changed.
ㅇ 경진대회에 제출된 모든 양식은 경진대회의 상기된 모든 규약을 이해하고 동의한 것으로 간주함
All forms submitted to the competition are considered to be in understanding and agreement with all of the above rules of the competition.
