Graduate Admission Guide for Spring 2022

   1. Document Submission

     - October 27 ~ November 15, 2021 (Korean Time)

     - Basic Required Documents

        a. Application Form

        b. Study Plan

        c. Recommendation letter

        d. Resume(only for Doctoral Degree Program Applicants)

        e. Official Language Proficiency Certificate

   2. Document screening

     - November 23 ~ 29, 2021

   3. Announcement of Successful Applicants

     - Results will be informed by email on December 7, 2021.

   4. Scholarship Application

     - December 8 ~ 13, 2021

     - Full-time students who expect to be appointed as R.A. or T.A. (through consultation with one's future advisor), or any full-time students who apply for 'Scholarship A' should submit their applications.

   5. Tuition Payment

     - January 5 ~ 7, 2022

     - Tuition fee has to be transferred to a virtual account given individually to each successful applicant. 

     - The application for withdrawal of registration must be submitted by 4pm, February 17, 2022. → Tuition refund, admission cancellation

   6. Course Registration

     - February 21 ~ 25, 2022

     - Student ID number will be informed on February 18, 2022

   7. Beginning of the semester

     - February 28, 2022

     - In case of withdrawal after admission, only tuition fee is refunded (entrance fee cannot be refunded). The tuition is refunded according to the tuition refund policy of our university.

Important!

※ Academic Degree Certificate and transcript has to be officially verified by a Korean consulate or authenticated with an Apostille (in case the applicant is from a contracting state to the Apostille Convention). Those who have received a degree in China must submit a verification report issued by 中国高等学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心 (http://www.chsi.com.cn) or by 敎育部學位與硏究生敎育發展中心 (http://www.cdgdc.edu.cn).

※ All documents that are not written in Korean or in English must be translated in Korean or in English and they should be notarized by a notary public.

※ All documents submitted will NOT by returned to the applicants. Irreplaceable documents will be returned by request after the admission evaluation is completed.

※ Your application will be canceled if you do not submit all required documents before the deadline.

※ Those who only submitted a certificate of expected graduation should submit a certificate of graduation, a final transcript and a final verification report by March 3, 2022.
