Application period: Mon. June 12 ~ Sun. July 2
Application method: through the online system 학생정보시스템
* 학사행정 - 학생생활관 - 사생정보 - 학기중 "입사신청" (please apply after clicking 확인 button of the pop-up page)
* use restriction: student who had some penalty (over 15 points accumulated) or permanent leave enforcement in the past
Invoice print: through the online system 학생정보시스템
* 학사행정 - 학생생활관 - 사생정보 - 학기중 "납부고지서 출력" (If you do not pay during payment period, your dorm application will be automatcially cancelled)
Payment period: Wed. July 26 ~ Fri. July 28 9AM~11PM
Payment method: wire transfer at the virtual bank account marked on the invoice
* payment is accepted only during the official payment period
Payment verification: through the online system 학생정보시스템
* 학사행정 - 학생생활관 - 사생정보 - 학기중 "납부확인 및 입사서류 등록" (it will show from the next day of your payment)
* Document submission is through the same button (TB X-ray result : not necessary for those who have already submitted it and stayed in the dorm during the spring semester)
Refund application: through the online system 학생정보시스템
* 학사행정 - 학생생활관 - 사생정보 - 학기중 "퇴사/환불 신청 및 확인" (Possible from the next day of your payment)
Roommate request period: Wed. August 2 ~ Tue. August 8
Roommate request method: through the online system 학생정보시스템
* 학사행정 - 학생생활관 - 사생정보 - 학기중 "호실(룸메이트)확인"
* Impossible for Dorm no.3
* Random placement without request
* Room announcement is through the same button on Fri. August 25 16:00
Check-in standard dates: Sat. August 26 & Sun. August 27 9AM~7PM
* detailed check in&out dates according to personal schedules are subject to be discussed with the dorm office
Check-in method: at the dorm office, student ID required
* dorm office is open between 09:00-17:00
