1. 추가신청일정 Extended Application Period : 2024.02.01.~02.12. 

   ※ 정규신청 기간초과 Regular Application is overdue (기숙사 안내사항은 학생생활관에서 요청하는 경우 글로벌교류센터에서 영어 번역하여 공지하는 것을 원칙으로 함  Any announcement related to the dorm affairs must be requested by the dorm office in order to be translated and uploaded onto the website and sent out to international students)

2. 발표 및 납부일정: 2024.02.14.(수) 부터 선발 가능시 순차적으로 기숙사 신청시 기재했던 번호로 개별 합격발표 하며, 발표 이후 학생정보시스템을 통해 납부고지서 출력 가능

   Result Announcement : Applicant will be contacted individually with the application number from Wed. 2024.02.14. Payment invoice can be issued through the student portal system. 

3. 1학기는 룸메이트 신청 불가로 생활관에서 임의 배정 예정

   It is impossible to assign for the roommate(s) during the spring semester. The dorm office will make the roommate(s) assignment.

4. 결핵진단서 제출 TB test result submission : 03.01.(금)까지 by Friday March 1

  - 미제출시 벌점 부여되며 벌점이 누적될 경우 기숙사 입사가 어려울 수 있음

    No submission will be followed by penalty and it may affect in your next round dorm application (you may be rejected)

  - 2023년도에 결핵진단서를 제출하였더라도 2024년도에 반드시 새로 x-ray 촬영하여 결핵진단서를 제출해야 함

    Although you have submitted a TB test result in 2023, you must submit a new result in 2024.

  - 결핵진단서는 2024.02.01.(목) 이후 진단 받은 건만 인정

    TB test taken after Thursday 2024.02.01. will be accepted only.

  - 단체결핵검사(무료) 일정 Free TB test : 2024.03.11.~03.13. 10:00~16:00 / 장소: 8관 기숙사 주차장 Location: TB test trailer in the Parking Lot near Dorm No.8

5. 정규입사일 Check-in : 2024.03.01.~03.03. 09:00~17:00
