[Notice] [학생생활관 Dorm office] 2024동계방학 기숙사 이용신청 안내 2024 winter break dorm application

■  Who can apply: enrolled students for 2024 fall semester and to-be-enrolled for 2025 spring semester

■  Application period: 2024. 12. 02.(Mon) ~ 12. 08.(Sun)

■  Payment period: 2024. 12.11.(Wed) 9:00 ~ 12. 13.(Fri) 23:00

■  Room announcement: 2024. 12. 20.(Fri) 17:00

■  Check-in period 

      - those who are currently staying at the dorm can continue to stay (room number may convert) 

      - new students must move in on 2024. 12. 26.(Thu) between 9:00~17:00 

■  Additional application period may be announced during the 2nd week of December, if only there're available rooms 

■  Application method: through the online student portal system during the application period (if this is too difficult or there's a problem, please visit the Dorm office during the office-working hours to apply in person)

   ※ Those who have got equal or higher than 15 penalty points during the previous stay cannot apply

■  Please be informed that there will be room cleaning during the winter break.

■  Please also note that check-out  is possible only between 9:00~17:00 (except lunch time 12:00~13:00)

■  Please refer to the attached guide.
