Yoon Hee-sung, executive director of Ilsong Academy, a school corporation, took office as the third chairman of the board. Following the late Yoon Dae-won, chairman of Ilsong Academy, the company plans to foster Hallym University Medical Center, a major affiliated organization, as a smart hospital to increase the convenience of patients.
According to Ilsong Academy on the 12th of September, Chairman Yoon held an inauguration ceremony at the Doheon Hall of Ilsong Academy in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul on the 10th. More than 60 officials attended the event, including Choi Yang-hee, president of Hallym University, Moon Young-sik, president of Hallym Sungsim University, and Kim Yong-sun, president of Hallym University Medical Center. Chairman Yoon, who served as a senior researcher at Press Vitarian Hospital in New York, USA, served as director of management strategy at Ilsong Academy and executive director. Ilsong Academy has several medical and educational institutions under its wing, including Hallym University Medical Center, Hallym University, Hallym Sacred Heart University, and Hallym International Graduate University. There are also six welfare centers.
