- □ (education roaming) is developed for the international research and education community.
- As a wireless LAN roaming access service, 101 countries around the world are currently participating in the service.
- □ It can also be used in 91 universities and 123 campuses in Korea.
- □ Members of eduroam affiliated organizations visit other organizations around the world that are affiliated with eduroam.
- □ You can use wireless LAN resources without additional authentication procedures by using your own wireless LAN ID@domain/password in your university.
- Hallym University also subscribes to the service.
All members of the school can use the eduroam service.
□ How to use eduroam
- Select an SSID called eduroam from the available networks for Wi-Fi connection on the mobile device,
- Enter the login ID and password of the integrated information system to access.
- (After setting, you can continue to use the service without setting as long as the password is not changed)
- *SSID: Service Set IDentifier (ID to distinguish wireless LAN)
- ID: Integrated Information System ID@hallym.ac.kr (Example: 12345@hallym.ac.kr )
- PW: Integrated information system login password
- In order to connect to eduroam Wi-Fi from a laptop, user access information GTC plug-in (EAP-GTC) is required.
