This is Chuncheon Immigration Office.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the region, the period of stay will be extended by 3 months for foreigners whose the period of stay expires soon.

But, except for those who have applied for the change of visa status and for those who have hold D4 visa and stayed for two years from the date of entry.
