Hallym University selected as a Regional Innovation Leading Research Center (RLRC) project in 2022

- Leading Cerebrovascular Disease Research Center, AI-based cerebrovascular disease digital medical system development research


 - Supporting 16.1 billion won over the next 7 years - Contributing to resolving medical inequality and vitalizing digital health business

□ Hallym University was selected for the Regional Leading Research Center (RLRC) project hosted by the National Research Foundation (Ministry of Science and ICT). 


□ The Regional Innovation Leading Research Center (RLRC) project is a project conducted to lay the foundation for sustainable, autonomous, innovative growth in the region and to strengthen regional research capabilities by nurturing research groups in the field of regional innovation.
 
 

The research project will see a total investment of 16.14 billion won, (including matching funds from Gangwon-do, Chuncheon -si and regional companies). 


□ With this project selection, Hallym University's  Cerebral Vascular Disease Leading Research Center will be able to spur the development of an artificial intelligence digital health platform for cerebrovascular disease life cycle management. 


□ The Cerebral Vascular Disease Leading Research Center will conduct the following research: 


▲ AI-based cerebrovascular disease management scenario design and target digital biomarker search 

▲ AI-based cerebrovascular disease digital medical system foundation 

▲ Artificial intelligence-based cerebrovascular disease digital medical system development 

▲ AI-based cerebrovascular disease life cycle management digital Medical system integration 

▲ Advancement of the cerebrovascular disease life cycle management platform and establishment of an empirical foundation 

▲ Stabilization of the cerebrovascular disease life cycle management platform and verification of clinical usefulness 

▲Completed development and spread of cerebrovascular disease life cycle management platform
